Kids Parties
Swim Parties $250.00 for 20 people
up to 50 people, $10.00 per person over 20. Three hour
duration. Certified life guard must be hired for
party.
Little girls vintage tea parties duration 2 hour,
$25.00 per child minimum charge 10 girls with a maximum
of 15 .( Includes Dress up craft, keepsake Photo,
token gift for birthday girl and tea party with dainty
treats) You Just show up we do the rest.
Catering
The Taylor Mansion offers on
site catering for you convenience. Outside licensed
caterers are welcome. Caterers may use kitchen area for
staging out of only. All food must be cooked and
prepared.
"Rental time is for 5 hours for
event, and 1 hour for clean up totaling 6 hours. you and
your vendors may arrive the day of event to set up.
Bride may arrive 2 hours prior to event, all other
attendants and wedding party 1 hour prior dressed and
ready

For guest over 25 our beautiful our Crystal Ballroom
will seat up to 200, or for a cocktail reception 250.
Round Tabled seating and ceremony chairs for
200 guest.
Buffet DJ, tables and cocktail bar tables provided.
Complete set-up and break-down of tables and chairs.
Linens placed if renting ours.

Beautifully landscaped swimming pool with multi colored
lighting, fountain sprays and spillovers; baby pool, and

life guard must be hired by client. We can help arrange

of beautiful historic bricked patio under lighted elm
tree. Great for smaller gatherings of less than a 100

Terms of payment
A
50% non-refundable down payment is due upon signing
contract and reserving date for event. which can be paid
in two installments half down followed by remaining
half in 60 days . Remaining balance due 2 weeks before
event.
A
refundable security deposit of $ 500.00 is due 2 weeks
before event.
We
gladly accept master card/visa/discover/American
express, personal and corporate checks.(5% processing
fee for Credit Cards)
