 Each person over 200—$10 per person up to 350 Max

Bridal Protraits Sitting Fee--$100.00 (No fee for Brides getting Married at The Taylor Mansion)

 Peaked Tent with Lighting
For larger events we offer our 2,400 sq. ft. tent for rent. Rental fee is $800 or $1000 with sides.

 
Facilities
Our  Breathtaking 2400 sq ft  beautiful Crystal Ballroom is unique to the Austin TX area. Rental of this facility includes complete set up and break down of tables and chairs. Blue Ray Tv and Audio System for video presentations. Be your own DJ with  Ipod  connection.

1,200 sq. ft. Open  Pavilion with
Mini Bar, Grill,  and outdoor refrigrator.
Pavillion also equipped  with Audio and  Surround System Speakers  and   I-Pod connection.

Beautifully Landscaped Swimming Pool area for your guests to relax pool side.

Kids' Parties:
• Swim Parties $250—20 people

• $10 per Person over 20 (50 people Max)
• 3 Hour Duration
• Certified Lifeguard Must Be Hired by client.
 
Little Girls Vintage Tea Parties:
• 2 Hour Duration
• $25 per Child Minimum Charge, 10 Girls with 15 Max
• Includes Dress up Craft, Keepsake Photo, & Keepsake Gift
 
Catering
The Taylor Mansion offers on-site catering for your convenience. Outside licensed caterers are welcome but may only use kitchen area for staging ($500 fee applies). All food must be cooked and prepared. Rental time is for 5 hours for event, and 1 hour for clean up totaling 6 hours.
 
White Linen Package Rental
 With Placement  is available for an additional fee of $500 (120" round tablecloths, buffet tablecloths, and folded napkins for up to 150 people
